Shipping Policy

Shipping starts at $4.90 and increases based on weight. Orders of $100 or more will receive FREE shipping! In an attempt to prevent packages from being misrouted, undelivered, or falsely delivered, we are requiring a signature for ALL priority mail packages. This does not affect the customers' shipping cost. If you would prefer not to sign upon delivery or you would like for the mail carrier to hold your package at a holding center for pickup, you may choose to do so at your own discretion. We DO NOT refund: missing/lost packages, missing/lost items in delayed or delivered packages, undelivered packages, undelivered items, stolen items, stolen packages, damaged items, missing or stolen items in delivered packages, delayed packages, contents of delayed packages, delivered packages, contents of delivered packages, missing or stolen "delivered" packages and their contents, and shipping fees. *Once we have dropped off your package to the mail carrier, the mail carrier is responsible for the safety and transit of your package(s) and the contents within.* If your items or package(s) have not arrived or you are experiencing a delay, please contact the mail carrier, submit a search request through the mail carrier, or file a claim with the mail carrier.
